We ship worldwide from Brisbane Australia

 

We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-6 business days and express orders in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located.

Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.

 

We ship international orders with Australia Post. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 6-16 business days and express orders in 4-12 business days. Regional and rural locations may take longer.
Once shipped, you'll be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the Aus Post app or your My Post account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates.

We may not be able to accommodate address changes after your order has been placed.

    CUSTOM CHARGES

    All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. UNUQUE AFRIQUE has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.

    Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes, shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to your government. 

    Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. UNIQUE AFRIQUE does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address. 

      

    ITEM NOT DELIVERED?

    If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed.
